    By filling out RMA form if the issue doesn’t solved by self-test. All required information must be entered.

  • 02 Get Authorization

    Once the RMA application recived, repair center will provide a document and inscruction for return shipping or local parter information for effcient repair process.

  • 03 Ship It

    Ship your device using the provided information and document. Make sure to properly package the device so there is no shipping damage. And provide shipping details to repair center.

  • 04 Track & Manage

    Repair updates will be provided by email you enrolled on the RMA form including ETA and service charge if it’s out of warranty issue.

  • 05 Ship Back

    Once repair is done, invoice will be provided and after payment(if necessary), repaired goods will be shipped out to you. All details will be sent out to your email.

IMPORTANT RMA PROCEDURES

1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for defective part.

2. Summit this completed RMA form with original purchase invoice number and product serial numbers.

3. All RETURNING product serial numbers must match with the original invoice.

4. The Service Dept. will e-mail back to you with RMA/DOA request confirmation within 24 hrs or provide a reason for RMA denial.

5. After you receive a RMA number with confirmation, then you may return your defective products to the specified address, including a copy of RMA request you applied.
